3D Visualisation for Architects/Developer’s Planning Application

The regeneration scheme included: restoration of the original Georgian frontage, internalisation of the ‘Shambles’ (currently an open loggia), rationalisation of the accommodation within the Town Hall and extensive works to the Victorian Corn Exchange to provide a multipurpose community hall. Also proposed was a new office building to the rear of the site, replacing the existing out-dated single-storey building the Town Council are currently housed in.

We created a high-quality video walkthrough and several CGI visualisations of the proposed design, which were used at the planning consultations to visually explain and showcase the plans put forward by the team at William Lester.

This exciting scheme, developed over a number of years, has now been given planning consent and the support of both English Heritage and the LPA’s Conservation Officer.
